Iran Hard-Liners Want ISP Control 
A conservative-dominated body has said private companies can't
provide Internet service in Iran, but experts disputed its right to
rule on the matter. 

Parliament was expected to take up the dispute, and perhaps hammer
out definitive rules for Internet service, after it reconvenes next
week.
