SEX.COM SUES YAHOO OVER DOMAIN NAME ACCUSATION
The owners of the Sex.com Web site have launched a lawsuit
against Yahoo! seeking declaratory judgment that the adult
site did not illegally borrow the giant portal's domain
name.  Yahoo! had sent a letter on August 2 to Sex.com
accusing it of  drawing users away from Yahoo! through its
use of a similar domain name, Yahoo.sex.com.
