IceRed to resolve libel case 
Internet chat site IceRed.com plans to resolve a libel lawsuit
brought by E-Silkroad Holdings. Chief executive Tim Lam said lawyers
representing both sides in the dispute are meeting to work out a
compromise, which may include IceRed surrendering data that could
identify anonymous users of the site.

Roche seeks legal ban on animal rights website

Korean Internet users tallied at 20.9 million
The number of Internet users in Korea hit 20.93 million, or 48.6
percent of the total population, at the end of last month, the
Ministry of Information and Communication said yesterday.
