APNIC 21, held in conjunction with APRICOT 2006, is now seven weeks
away. To take advantage of early bird registration rates, please
register online by the close of business Friday 13 January 2006.

1.  Meeting checklist

With seven weeks to go before the meeting, it is important to do
the following:

2.  Nominations for Executive Council
-------------------------------------
Four positions on the APNIC Executive Council (EC) will become vacant
in March 2006. An open election to fill these vacancies will be held
during APNIC Member Meeting in Perth on Friday 3 March 2006.
Nominations must be submitted by close of business Friday 17 February
2006. The nomination form is available at:

3.  Meeting sponsorship

4.  Call for informational presentations

The deadline for submitting policy proposals at APNIC 21 has now passed.
However, 'informational' presentations are still being accepted. Please
send these to the appropriate SIG chair, cc'ing <sig@apnic.net>, as soon
as possible.
