As APNIC Member Service manager, George is in close contact with the regional Internet community. Taking control of APNIC's front-line contact with APNIC Members offering assistance and solutions to their Internet resource needs, provides George and his team with a unique perspective on the community's concerns, issues and challenges.
As APNIC's liaison officer for Taiwan, George also maintains contacts with Members in this part of the region.

Current Position and Activities |
George manages the APNIC Member Services Unit, which provides services, assistance and technical solutions to both APNIC Members and the broader Internet community. This involves serving as the ultimate resource for the APNIC Helpdesk; developing, maintaining, and improving APNIC's online Internet resources management tool, MyAPNIC; implementing policy changes. George also acts as APNIC's community liaison for Taiwan. |

Previous Positions |
George joined APNIC in 2000 as an Internet Resource Analyst serving the Asia Pacific region including the economies of Japan, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong. Together with the APNIC Training team, he also conducted training courses in these and nearby regions. Prior to joining APNIC, George provided system administration and network support for Zupps Group and worked in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry. |
