APNIC notifies registrants in the former AUNIC space of database changes.

Whois queries directed to whois.apnic.net rather than whois.aunic.net.

14/5/2001

APNIC begins generating most of the historical AUNIC in-addr.arpa zone files. Updates to delegations within 203/10 become live at 10am (UTC+1000) on weekdays.

1/5/2001

Network updates handled by auDA for AUNIC are suspended. These will be forwarded to APNIC when the AUNIC to APNIC migration (of 203/10) is completed.

Migration of the AUNIC networks Database to APNIC begins.
