Submit a policy proposal

This form will help you to structure your policy proposal

After you submit this form, an APNIC staff member will contact you to discuss the details of your proposal and help you make any clarifications (if necessary). When you are happy with the final text of your proposal, the APNIC Secretariat will forward it to the Chair of the Policy Special Interest Group (SIG) to post for public discussion.

You can submit proposals at any time

  • However, please remember that policies can only reach consensus at an upcoming APNIC meeting if the proposal is submitted to the Policy SIG at least four weeks before the start of that meeting.
  • If your submission is late it will be carried over to the subsequent meeting.
